Tim Couch

Tim has been a practicing Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1983.   He became a Certified Financial Planner in 2004. For over thirty years, Tim has assisted clients with their accounting, tax and financial needs including retirement, estate and investment planning.

He graduated from Mercer University in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.  In 1995 he completed the Masters in Taxation program at Georgia State University.  Tim has his Series 7 and 66 FINRA registrations as well as  life and health insurance licenses and can offer securities, annuities, life insurance and long-term care insurance. Tim is licensed in the state of GA for insurance and advisory services.  Tim is licensed in the states of GA, AL, FL, NC, TX, PA, VA, CA, SC, TN, OH for securities. https://brokercheck.finra.org/individual/summary/4073942

Tim is active in The Dawson County Rotary Club and The Dawson County  Chamber of Commerce.  He serves as Treasurer of Dawson County Humane Society and Treasurer of The Rotary Club Foundation

Tim and his wife, Cathy, have three children and four grandchildren. They are charter members of Simpsonwood United Methodist Church.  Tim’s hobbies are running, golf and boating.
